Shipping & Refund Policy

At Web Revolutions, we partner with trusted print-on-demand providers to create and deliver every order. Because each item is made just for you, our shipping and refund policy is slightly different from traditional retail. Please read the details below to understand how production, delivery, and returns work when ordering from our store.

Shipping Information

We work with trusted third-party print-on-demand and fulfilment providers (including Printify and Modalyst) to produce and ship your items. This allows us to offer a wide range of unique merchandise, but it does mean the process differs slightly from traditional retail.
 

Production Times:

  • Most items are printed and dispatched within 2–5 business days.

  • This may vary during peak times or based on the specific product or print provider.
     

Delivery Estimates:

  • UK Orders: typically arrive within 5–12 business days from the order date.

  • International Orders: allow 7–21 business days, depending on your location and local customs.
     

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to influence carrier delays or customs clearance.
 

Tracking:
If tracking is available for your item, it will be sent to you by email once your order has shipped.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:
 

  1. Check the tracking link 

  2. Contact us at hello@webrevolutions.co.uk with your order number.
     

We’ll investigate with our fulfilment partners and do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

As all products are made to order (printed on demand), we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Wrong size or colour ordered

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
     

We recommend double-checking sizing charts and order details before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We’ll gladly offer a replacement or full refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was received
     

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include a clear photo of the issue and your order number
     

If approved, we’ll organise a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Additional Notes
  • We do not accept returns for any custom or personalised products.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If a package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you may be responsible for re-shipping fees.
